DESCRIPTION :-
This original piece of art can be seen in National Museum in New Delhi. Also a specimen can be purchased by paying Rs. 250 per piece. This is one of the achievements of the artists of mohenjo-daro.
The right hand is resting on the hip, the left hand is entirely covered with bangles resting on the left leg forward. Head is slightly titled and hair tightened with a ribbon upon shoulder. Eyes are closed. Her neck is decorated with necklace giving an impression of a model. Her arms and legs are disproportions. The total statue seams to be standing in a pride Mudra.
